Video Problem ? Help

Not sure if this is a video card problem or what.
Built this computer a year ago, never pressed the Sleep button until now.
It will not come out of sleep mode. Tried unplugging mouse, keyboard, pulled power cord,
power button, Cant get anything to come up on monitor. power comes on,fans,light,ect.
Computer has worked flawlessly for the past year.
Here is what i have:
Asus P5Q SE
E-8400 oc @ 3.4
Radeon HD 4850 slightly oc'd with there program
8 gb G-skill ram
pc power and cooling 610 watt
Any idea how to bring back to life?
