Yeah I know it's a crappy card but is there anyway of finding this cable online? I checeked Ati online store and they had nothing compatable (or atleast they say). So am I SOL?
Is there maybe any other solution to use this card as a video out for my tv to get a signal from?

Not sure of your specific card details, but if memory serves me right that has both composite and S video outs. Just grab your everyday RCA cables and use that. Steal em off the VCR or DVD player and see if that works for you. A couple of bucks should get you one at Best Buy or Radio Shack.

Nah there is a dvi port a vga port and a "tv out" port. It looks like a s-video port but with more pin slots. I am not sure how many I will count and compare them to the 2 cables ati website shows. It just on the site it dosn't list the 9250 as a card it supports.
