Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
The OCCT GPU memtest is for Nvidia based CUDA cards only. I took a look at MemtestCL, but I don't really get it. it seems like it's designed to send info for folding, over a long period of running. Not sure exactly how to use that to test my memory for errors.
it tests for errors but its also used to gather information.. the guy that created it is using it to show data between nvidia and AMD/ATI.. there seems to be a lot of memory issues with cuda and they are trying to compare it against ATI because ATI cards arent showing the same memory corruption problems cuda is when it comes to GPGPU.. the plan is to use the infromation to create an openCL client for AMD/ATI cards and to get away from cuda completely on the nvidia cards.. but you can choose to send the data in or you can choose not to.. the tests basically the same as memtest80..
heres a screenshot of what the test looks like if you havent tried it yet..
