I've installed a few of those, they take a 2 wire cable from the camera/call button to the master station and another two wire cable from the master to the power supply. I think the substation needs a 4 wire cable to take power and data pairs from the master to the sub station. One power supply can run up to 3 stations. There is a key switch that closes a set of contacts to activate a door strike or gate opener.

It has a widescreen view and a zoom view, and can scroll around a little in zoom. However, the widescreen has the fish-eye look. The camera works best mounted at 54 inches to 60 inches high and install it so it does not view directly into the sun as it will wash out. At night a LED will light up the guest.
