Video help! text fades/blures

[stabby]

Whenever a letter appears on my screen, even at the moment, the letters seem blurred or seem to fade. I just installed a new video card and its drivers. So I know it has to be a video related problem.

I have a geforce4 ti4600
win 98 se

Post if you know any possible solution to get rid of this blurryness! Thanks!

refresh rate ive tried changing from:
optimal to 60hz to 70hz and still is the same...

Resolution I've tried changing around too. Currently is at 1024x768

Color depth is 32bit

the fading is going to the right of the texts as well if that helps at all.
