Video driver problem?

So I was sitting at my computer earlier today and my computer BSODs saying something like "Attempt to reset display driver on time out failed." The computer boots into safe mode fine and I tried uninstalling the drivers and booting in normally which also, obviously, worked. Then I installed the newest updated from the nvidia website and I get the same BSOD. Anyone know if this is just a problem with the drivers? Or is it my actual card?
