I'm in the hunt for a laptop, but I have a few questions. The laptop I'm keen on is the Seager 4780 which comes with a 17" WXGA Active Matrix LCD. So what the heck is WXGA all about? How does it compare to the other display standards like VGA and the ilk. For instance, the 5690 has SGXA. (Yes the 5690s are the same as Alienware, albeit about half the price.)
