hey, i have the system in my sig. I can get my 3.2E up to abuot 3.8 stable in windows, works fine. The problem is i just got a new mobo, Asus P4P800-SE, and it overclocks fine on the board, (Actually higher than my old IC7-G ever did) but when overclocked it give all sorts of artifacts in games. Anyone know how to fix this?

Maybe temps are higher with new board? Perhaps didnt seat CPU well and its heating everything up more? Shot in dark but it could be.
 
possibly the overclock affects the AGP bus speed, get some software on temps/speed readings, i think speedfan might have it google it.
Or try lowering memory speeds.
