video card water block question

I've several questions, and they all belong in different sections of the board, so I figured coming to general hardware was the best choice.

I recently RMA'd my gtx8800 at evga and I got a gtx260 from them. The waterblock I have is now useless because of this. What do you guys think would be a good price to sell it for, if at all? I'm also considering changing the water loop on my pc. Well, at least as far as the reservoir and pump are concerned. I have a swiftech mcp655 pump and one of those tube reservoirs. I recently saw a reservoir that has the pump intergrated in it, and it takes 2 slots on the cd rom bay, but I don't know if that would be an unnecessary purchase on my part. It seems a bit hard to find a water block for the 260 - the part number of my card is 896-P3-1255-AR. Some of the pricing I saw seems to suggest it'd be best if I sold the video card and water block separately, and then just buy a newer card and water block.

I'm using a single tripe fan radiator to cool all this - should I get the corsair hydro series cpu cooler and leave the rad for the video card?

Another issue I have is with my sound card. Every now and then when I'm on ventrilo or using the mic for any reason, it goes crazy with static. I should also point out that I have an auzentech prelude. biggest disappointment of the year for me, what with their lackluster driver support and all.
My question is, should I also simply replace the card?

I'm sorry I've asked so many questions (most of which probably belong in the water cooling section...), so I hope you bear with me on this lol. Anyway, thank you for your time - any help would be appreciated!
