Video Card Warranties

I seem to recall that there is a video card maker that does not void your warranty if you replace the heatsink (so long as damage was not done to the card in the process). Am I hallucinating and just dreaming this up, or is there really a video card maker that does this? And if there is does it also cover replacing the cooler with a waterblock?

eVGA, thats what I thought...I was just searching their site trying to find their warranty policy but had no luck.
