Video Card voltage goes above AfterBuner Settings?

Hey guys,

Hope everyone had a good Saturday night. Quick question...I'd like to keep my temps down a bit, so I have my video card set to 1.2v max in MSI afterburner, but it keeps going up to 1.25v during gameplay (idle's around 0.80v). I have all the settings saved to my profile, and AB is running during gameplay. How can one correct this? Radeon 7950, oldie but a goodie
