Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I wouldn't use a 5200, pretty much ever. I have one, and its in my sister's 1Ghz P3 because she wanted to play the Sims and the thing had onboard video.
What you should get all depends on what the stats of your system are; what you want to play; and how much you're willing to spend. If you're looking in the $100 range, I would go for something like a 9600xt ($129) or GeForce 5700 (not LE - $119) - prices from newegg.
My 9600xt plays everything I want it to at 1024x768 noAA/noAF. I usually play Rise of Nations, Battlefield Vietnam, Simcity 4, Hitman 2, New Counter-Strike Beta. I had 57fps on the CS beta, which isn't shabby.
Personally I'm an ATi fan after the troubles I've had with nVidia in the past, but that 5700 for $119 isn't a bad deal.
