I'm building a new computer, and I don't follow video card's much and I need some suggestions/recommendations/input on what video card I'd be best off.

A) For dual monitors, would prefer Dual DVI or Dual VGA, and not have to use any adapters, but if there is no difference in going from a DVI to VGA; go for it.
B) AGP
C) 2D quality more so than 3D.
D) $150 max, less is better.
E) Lean towards ATI, but if nVidia has one, go for it.
F) No Matrox.
G) The ability to play HL2 is great, but worry about the others first.
