I have a friend who (against my advice) recently bought a prebuilt Acer PC with an i7 6400 processor. He's looking for a video card for approximately CAD $200 that will be able to run using its power supply. It has two 12 volt rails: one 10A, and one 16A. I'm assuming the 10A goes to the motherboard for itself and the CPU, and the 16A goes to the hard drive, optical drive, and fans, and also could be used for a video card or other upgrades. What would be a good card in this price range that won't exceed the available power?
Edit: it has one hard drive and 16GB RAM
