I just took a 9700pro out of one of my computers and I just tried to put it in another computer, a GF4ti4600 was in the computer. I hooked it up correctly, made sure it was securely in the AGP slot and everything but when I start the computer up, I get no signal to my monitor. I don't hear the post beep either and I don't see my HD busy led blinking. The 9700 fan is spinning and everything but I don't get a post or a signal. I put my GF4 back in and the computer/signal works fine. Does anyone know what could be the problem and how I can fix it? Thanks

Did you try putting the 9700 into the computer it came from? Does it still work?
I can't think of anything that would cause this condition, but I'd try setting your cmos setup on that 2nd computer to factory defaults and then try the 9700 again.

Did you attach the extra power connector to the ATI card? Without it the PC won't boot.

The 9700 works in the computer I got it from and yeah I have the 4 pin power connecter in. Maybe I'll try reseting the bios or something but I have no idea why this isn't working
