Video Card Prob Or What?

I have a problem when running battlefield 2

Specs

Soltek k8T800 Pro
Amd 64 3500 ( 939 ) ( Stock Heatsink )
2x 1GB Mushkin ram
Nvidia 6800 GT ( Stock Heatsink )
400 Watt Power supply

When i run battlefield 2 it plays fine for a bout a Hr or 2 but after a while it starts to skip and everything starts to slow down. It is weird because it runs smooth for a while. For ex, It takes about 1 second for each picture to show up, then all of a sudden it comes off and im fine. I don't know whats doing this. Its real anoying i cant even move, its that bad, But after a min it stops then starts again randomly. Also my computer restarts sometimes during gameplay or shuts down.

Do you guys think my Video card cant handle the game or is it skipping and slowing down because of power supply? Or is it something else? Like Temps?

And another thing, when it skips my Fps in Battlefield drop dramatically, But if i went to that spot a Hr ago its perfectly fine.

i am seein heat issue, driver problem, or lack of psu's power.

Replace it immediately. Those are crap. Mine blew out, taking my video card with it. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a good one.
