Video card & power question

Okay, I have the Radeon 9700 Pro & an Enermax PSU that does have the ATX 12V Power Connecter (JPW1) plug. Could this be the reason why the card isn't getting any power? What PSU should I get that has the plug and is very quiet (For an AMD 64 3200+ system)? Thanks!

It appears so......

Specifications
System Requirements
RADEON 9700 PRO requires connection to your PC's internal power supply for operation. Consult your system builder or OEM to ensure your system has an adequate power supply. Otherwise ATI recommends a 300 watt power supply or greater to ensure normal system operation where a number of other internal devices are installed.

You're right. I just found the answer on the MSI forum heh. I suck :\

Thanks
