Video card or RAM causing BSOD?

Ram is set to spec. I took some pics and posted them on the first page. I am running 1.8v for the ram and thats all it asks for. I cant change any voltage settings or FSB settings or any of that. This board is very limited.

If the memory still fails in different slots,
check the chipset on the motherboard isnt getting hot, if so cool it.
(this is important!)

If not, check to see if the memory is getting hot.
If so, blow a fan on it.
If not, try 1.9V.

Failing that, another thing to try is boosting the Northbridge voltage a small amount as this is the Integrated Memory Controllers voltage.

Memory does get hot really at all, if anything the memory controller gets hot. Its just weird that when I have 2 sticks in prime 95 fails real fast. With one stick in, it doesn't fail. I think the memory controller is under the same heat sink as the chipset, right? I have some spare fans 120mm fans that I will see if I can get pointed at the NB heatsink. The heatsink now is passive cooled.

I cant change any of the voltage settings for the ram, or else I would. OCZ actually warrants memory voltage up to 1.9v

I think I figured out. Switched to slots 1 and 2 and it seems to have fixed it. I have ram prime 95 and played games for the past couple days and I cant get it to fail. Thanks for the help guys!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the memory isn't in the paired slot (1/3 or 2/4) it wont run in dual channel mode, so maybe you should slide your memory over a slot (2 and 4), unless of course the motherboard's manual specifies slots 1 and 2 are paired.

Sorry, I was wrong I put it in 2/4 I put it in 1/2 for testing and then moved it over yesterday.
