Video Card not working

Specs are in the sig. Basically, everything turns on, even the fan on the video card turns on, but it always gives me that no signal after the computer boots up. I've tried both PC-e 16 slots. Any suggestions?
 
did you plug everything in correctly in the right spots... I know someone who plug into a wrong port and it did something similar to that...? unplug it and plug it back in....
 
You mean from the monitor to the card? There are only two DVI ports and I tried them both. There are only two PCI-e slots for this card and I tried both/. As far as the other components, I guess I can rebuild if needbe but I was trying to avoid.
 
Seated into the slots tight? sounds silly, but i've had that problem before a few times.
 
I haven't worked with PCI-e, but in the AGP connector, sometimes the butt of the card doens't get seated properly. Make sure you push on the back end of the card, a 1-2mm difference can make it do what you are saying
 
If I press any harder on these components it will snap the motherboard in half.
