Video Card Not Getting Enough Power

Hey everyone I just got done with my first build and that included an Gigabyte NVIDIA 6600GT AGP .. When I got Windows installed and the drivers it immediatly told me that my card was not recieving enough charge. Now I am not sure what to do.. Any help would be great! Thanks

My System Sepcs
CPU: AMD 64 3000+
Mobo: Abit KV8 Pro
Video Card: Gigabyte 6600GT AGP
Power Supply: Silent Pure Power TWV480
 
did you plug in the 4 pin connector to the back of the card. thats usually the culprit when it comes to the whole card needs more power thing
