Video Card mod need tutorial.

A little while ago there was a tutorial posed on how to colour in the tracks on a video card so they glowed under UV light.

I've tryed searching on google but i can't find it. does anyone have the link ?

don't know of a link but all you would need is UV reactive pens and then just pen the traces
