Video Card in the $200 range?

Hey guys, i was looking to purchase a new video card and have always been a fan of NVIDIA and never really liked ATI so what would be a good video card in the $200 range (not looking to overclock)

My Current video card:

EVGA GeForce 9800 GT (stock)
Memory Size 512MB
Memory Clock 1800MHz
Core clock 600MHz

GTX260. I had one and loved it. It was the old 192sp version, but it didn't squeal/buzz like my 285 does now.

Obviously, the MSI is the better deal unless you're dead set on eVGA.

Also, that EVGA one is 55nm.

both are 55nm but the eVGA comes with a lifetime warranty and support for voltage tuning in the future. MSI's video card support is kinda lackluster at best.
