Video Card Help

CPU Athlon 64 4000+ (no dual core for this build)

I was thinking of using passive cooling.I am a moderate gamer.I don't need max resolution on games,but would like a solid frame rate.

I understand peoples love for passive cooling, as it is silent. But i could never justify spending $200 on a 7600gt. For that you could nearly have a 7900gt. And the 7900gt is supposed to have a very nice fan. I am sure you could underclock the 7900gt, and turn down the fan, and still beat the performance of the silent 7600gt.
