Hey everyone,

I have currently an ATI All In Wonder 9600 series video card. I am looking to upgrade! I noticed that with all these freaking awesome video cards coming out, the best of the previous set of cards are dropping in price. I an interested in one of those cards, high performance Nvidia. Any suggestions? Where can i find them? Plzz Help!

For that same price he can get a 7600GT.

Daridious what's your budget ?

I'd like to point out that the interface has to be AGP, and a mobo upgrade isn't feasable. *shakes fist at Drexel's tuition*

What budget range are you looking at, Daridious?

100-170 is ok, 170 is a little high, but if the card is worth it... then O.K. my motherboard can have PCI express or AGP, both. so if that opens new portals haha, nemore feedback?

7600gt definitely, now that PCIE is an option. What motherboard do you have that has both PCIE and AGP?

edit: Or, you could get an x1600xt. I believe that they are about equivalent cards.

NO. The 7600GT is loads better than the X1600XT. The 7600GS is about equivalent to an X1600XT, while an X1800GTO would be more like a 7600GT in terms of performance.

Indeed.

And if PCI-E is an option, and you can spend around $170, I'd definitely recommend the 7600GT
