Video Card Glitches..

Everytime I run a game, theres these glitches everywhere. There's like many varities, such as smearing of pixels but gets fixed when theres a rollover such as putting my mouse over it. Another is like random lights just flickers on and off driving me nuts. Finally, theres pixels randomly popping in and out and such. I've noticed these happens only on certain games, especially in mmorpg. These happens happens in FPS games too but ONLY in the menu/splash screen. I've tried turning off/on AA, AF, and vsync but nothing seems to do the trick. I wish I can explain my situation more clearly but it's all I can say. Lastly, when I print screen when this happens and copy+paste into my paint, the picture is perfectly fine showing no sign of the errors. :rolleyes:

edit : this is on my GF4MX440, my ti4600 fried out of nowhere.
