I have been having problems with my video. i took my computer apart and discovered that the fan on my video card is barely spinning. Is it possible to replace the fan on an ATI 9800 pro made by Sapphire.

If I can replaces it would a place like CompUSA or fry's electronic have a replacement fan. And are they hard to replace
