Video card dying?

My video blacks out randomly and will not come back on until I leave it off for a while then reboot. I can hear it running ok when its blacked out. I hear ms intro and exit music. I switched pci slots, no help. It's not the monitor, I switched and it did the same thing. Could the card be dying?

Thanks! I upgraded the power supply, that wasn't it. I have a new 260 coming today, if that's not it I'll have to buy myself another Christmas present, dammit. LOL
 
It was the video card dying. The new 260 solved my problem.
