Hi, maybe u guys can help me
The last week or two i been having some performance issues on my pc... particularly under windows

When im using IE8 or FF 4 Beta and open a new tab it often takes 2-3s before it reacts (browser freezes until it opens tab)
Windows feels slightly sluggish also

GTA4 ran flawless when i installed it, butter smooth, but now it seems to have micro stutter (it was there with my old card, but the new one fixed it, for about a week)

Empires TW runs great on battles, but on campain map it seems to run slow

Overall, alot of things that used to run great feel a little sluggish now... and i was wondering if its coincidence that i just replaced my card
I was thinking it could be drivers that need some polishing, but im afraid that i ll have to replace ram/hdd or cpu (which i doubt but u never know)

Its a weird problem and im lost at which direction de symptoms point at
