Video and Audio converting

I'm using a program called WinX HD Video Converter Delux to convert video's (currently .mov) to other formats. In the .mov format, the audio plays without video. In the format I convert them to the video plays without audio. Even if I choose between different converted audio formats. aac, .mp3, ac2, etc, it still doesn't work. I believe the audio format is ADPCM (IMA4). I have Quick Time installed.

What would be something better to use to do this? I'm looking for something free and is known to be able to convert audio. My OS is Win 7 and I'm hoping to find native formats so I don't need to install any codecs.

Found something called 'Any Video Converter' that's working great.
