ok so i have a 6600gt and i used coolbits to find my "optimal frequencies" and i ran the ATI tool to test for artifacts for 10 minutes adn it had no errors what so ever. this is my question. if is just raise my clock speeds (to 564/1030) and no voltage overclock, how much will this "damage" my card? i understnad its not really damage but i think its limiting my cards life more.

it wont really matter unless you plan to keep it for a long time... unless you really mess up

yeh i kind of figured that. like i think the life of the card drops from 10 to like 5-6 years or something like that. by then, i really wont care but if it runs fine now with no artifacts it should be fine for like one more year right? i really just need it b4 i upgrade to M2
