for some reason my mpeg1 and mpeg2 playback is really bad, like i can see lines going through it at fast scenes, anyways
i noticed my vid card fps in ati tool is 14fps average and thats at defualt settings!
it used to be like 40-45 before so i think somethings messed up, maybe thats why some of my quality is bad..
but i have no idea why
i have a ati radeon x600se (i know its junk)
but i overclocked it a tiny bit before and i got like 4 more fps and it was fine.
but now nomatter how i adjust the card the fps wont change
 
k igot it fixed its back up to 50 fps now, but i still have a wierd deinterlacing problem.
