Includes Wake-on-lan cable and manual. I will also burn the latest drivers onto a CD for you.

Athlon XP Aluminum Heatsink, clip and fan bracket (not pictured): $1.00
Bottom has been cleaned with Arcti-Clean, found the fan bracket after taking the picture.
