Whats the cheapest one I can buy? Does it matter what the resulution is max on the capture card? I want to take video from my TV for later viewing on my computer and to record it for a HTPC. It would also help if you give me a direct product link if they ship to canada :D

Edit: anyway i can reverse the TV out on my 9200?
