Okay, this really should have been a lot more simple than I had thought.

I have an LCD. I also have a computer, and a 360. Say I wanted both connected to the LCD, with a switch to choose which device the monitor is recieving. I want something with two VGA inputs, a switch, and one output, with little to no signal degredation.

Can anyone recommend anything?

If your LCD has DVI and VGA use DVI for your computer and VGA for your XBOX360.

If not you can also get a VGA switch or a KVM. Its probably easier to find KVM's theses days though. If your getting a KVM to use a just a switch you may want to stay away from the cheap (~$35) IOgear with built in cables. It requires a PS2 mouse and keyboard connected for it to work. I'd recommend a KVM with USB. That way you can also have your USB Keyboard switch to the XBOX360, it can be convenient sometimes. I'd recommend belkin KVM's but pretty much any brand should work.
