VGA mounting cutout?

OK, scoured Google, can't find what I need. Throwing it to you guys.

If I want to mount an 80mm fan on a case, I can Google "80mm fan template", and I get tons of printable fan templates I can tape to a case to Dremmel out a hole and the correct locations for the screw holes.

Does anyone know if there are any printable templates for VGA connectors? I have an extension that I need to mount in a plate, and would like to tape a cutout to the plate to Dremmel out the 2 mounting holes and the trapazoid hole.

Why don't you just stick one on a piece of paper and trace around it?
 
If you have an old I/O motherboard back plate that has a 9-pin serial cutout, you can probably use that to trace the cutout since the db-9 and db-15 are about the same size/dimension.

Also, if you have a 9-pin serial slot plate that came with older motherboards you can swap out the 9-pin serial connectors with the 15-pin VGA extension.
