I recently got a nVidia 6600 GT PCI-E from a friend, but the only problem with it is that the push pins that hold the heatsink to the card are broken. I was wondering where can I order these. This picture is of the exact card and the part that is circled in red is what I need.

A place like Fry's Electronics may sell them.. I know they've got a couple aisles of random PC parts, like molex adapters and various fan screws. I don't know for sure though, to be honest.

I dunno if a large place like frys sells case screws and standoffs and whatnot. but try to find a small computer shop, like a computer repair shop or "custom" shop or something. they'll have plenty of those plastic things. they can also be used to fill unused screw holes on your mobo for better support if you don't have enough standoffs to fill every hole.

Im looking to buy then online, checked with fry's they dont have them

Check out the Zalman northbridge heatsinks. They come with pins. $4-$6 might be worth it.

I'd just buy a Zalman vf700 AlCu for like $20-30 - it worked great on my old 6600gt (if you can't find push pins).
