VG236H Problem.

So I just got my vg236h in and when I connect it to my xbox 360S I get a very grainy or blurry picture. It looks like it not in 1080p, not even 720p. Just bad resolution all around. All setting are correct on xbox. Weird thing is, I plugged my blueray player up and it look crystal clear. Not a problem at all. I haven't hooked my laptop up to it yet but I think it will be just as clear as the bluray player. I read something awhile back about a guy that was having the same problem, but with a diffrenet model. If anyone can help me it would be super great. I was so excited to get this and now it just seems like a let down.
 
Here are a few pictures of what I'm seeing
some of the grad army as bad as they look in the pica but still are pretty bad. As for the mw3, the line and details are blurry and kindy jagged I guess you would say.

here is a screenshot of my desktop, also hooked up through hdmi. the image is crisp and flawless.
