VFD thinger; no weather?

Ok newbie alert. Does any one know why vfd thinger doesnt show the weather? Is it because i have weather bug installed or something dumb? I put in my zip code.
 
first off, vfd thinger sucks

second off, all weather websites for some reason insist on changing their layout pretty often, so all software that reads the ghetto way of brute-forcing through HTML, have to be updated or they stop working. i assume you get random stuff?
 
whats a decent app for those bgmicro vfds?

i have one on my server and ya the weather broke like 2 months ago lol
 
LCDC is good, but lets give lcd thinger some credit. It’s free, and DanDude is a good guy.
Is it still taboo after all this time to ask about Ullers release? I’d actually forgot about it it's been so long.
 
welled played with lcdstudio and it works pretty good ( wonder if it works with serial and not just 8 bit printer port jobs). Still no weather but at least now i have network and cpu usage and some bar graphs.
 
yeah the bar graphs in lcdstudio kinda suck ass (well for graphical) so i mainly use the bar graphs out of liqued mp3 for everything.
