I think my problem is power related, and I am posting on the off chance someone can figure this out.

When my gfx card is installed and I power up, the MOBO's 4 debug lights flash once, some fans spin a little, and nothing else happens. When there is no gfx card in the system, it goes through a regular boot up and detects CPU and RAM, and only hangs on VGA detection.

In trying to solve this problem, I have replaced both the MOBO and GFX card. The problems all began when my PSU died, and I went out and replaced it with an Enermax Noisetaker 600W. According to everything I've read, the Enermax is great. Could it be the root of my ills? Any ideas?

PSU would definitly sound like the culprit here! Your PSU model/specs might be fine but you may have got a lemon, so I'd definitly take a shot at getting that fixed... Any chance the GFX card was damaged when the PSU died? Can you test it in another rig?

Thank you, twoeyes. Well, it turns out that it was the PSU. Replaced it with a Coolermaster model which is slightly louder, but working like a champ!
