Some of you here may have heard of this website, it sales compuiter cooling products. It was one of the only sites I found that have AquaComputer parts. I ordered a radiator grill form these guys on the 12th of this month. It took 8 days just to get to the "processing" stage. I've written the store owner multiple times to find out what's going on with my order and I have yet to hear anything back. Today is the 27th and I still haven't heard anything or recieved my order. Has anyone else here ordered from these guys? If or when I get my order you ccan believe it'll be the last order I make from them. A bit of advice, stay clear of these dudes. It was only $23.00, but still money is money and I hate getting fucked. I guess I'll just chalk this up as a $23.00 lesson. So glad it wasn't more.

It doesn't look like it's their fault, You have the shipping method as in store pickup? Are you expecting it to ship?

I should've mention that the shipping calculator on that website was returning errors so I wrote the owner and aksed about the shipping, he told me that I could just paypal him what what owed on the shipping, which I did. It was confirmed that he recieved it and that he's ship my item in a day or 2.
 
After 20 frickin days my goddam order finally shipped. Man I must say these guys suck major ass. I thought it was one of the only places that I could find AquaComputer parts, but I was wrong. The other day I ran across this site. Sharka Computers . If I'd known about this site first I'd ordered from there.

8 days from the time they got my money to the time it processed, then another 11 days before they even shipped it. Rediculous. A good lesson learned. Never by from generic sites. I gotta give a heads up to my online buddies to avoid SNTsystems like it has AIDS. You can believe that that'll be the last time I buy anything from there, no matter how cool the shit is they have. Pfftt. :rolleyes:
