is the bios up to date and have you installed the newest chipset drivers from amd, not msi?

Are the Nvme drives the same manufacturer? Nvme firmware updated?

Try uninstall usb hubs and let windows reinstall them. I've fixed wonky usb stuff that way before.

isnt 11mb the cap for usb1? could there be a bios setting limiting it? check to make that there isnt anything shorting out a port too.

Tried that also.

Tried the same external hardware on 3 other machines. All Intel based, all ran at proper speed. The more I research slow usb and Ryzen, the more I’m starting to wonder…

Benchmarks in safe mod had same slow results. Going to try a Linux live distro and see what I get. Then I’m going to nuke windows if need be.

I had a b450 mitx that gave some usb grief until I turned off a bios switch called OC fabric and memory clks. I still ran them at 1800/3600 but that flippin switch gave some real issues with usb's.
