Very odd problem with computer restarting

Yah, if its doing it while at stock speeds, its most likely the PSU. Good thing Corsair has a 5yr warranty, eh? :p
 
Well I finally got it working. It seemed to be a problem where the front panel conectors were plugged in. It was something to do with that block that asus included with the motherboard to make it easier to plug front panel plugs in.
