Running Windows Vista Ultimate.
For some odd reason, even after a fresh install and the newest drivers from Nvidia, When you restart the computer you are greeted with millions of tiny red dots that vary in density over the screen. I know its not a bad video card because after you switch the resolution a couple of times, everything is normal, no hitches at all.
Im very sure its a driver issue since it does not occur until drivers are installed.
Anyone else experence this? If so, how did you fix it?
