Very odd feedback problem on TS.

This is really odd, but for some reason whenever I talk I echo a bit but ONLY to my friends. One is on a laptop that plays next to me and it is clear, another is at his house and uses a standalone mic but same thing, also if I just hold the talk button it makes this very annoying feedback noise, HOWEVER it's not a problem for anyone else in TS, I have gone to different channels and asked if they heard any echoing or feedback and they say no.
