Very low fps?

are my specs, I tend only get 120 fps on league of legends any advice would be appreciated thank you.
 
The only time you would have to worry with that 760 would be if all setting were low and you couldnt even get 30fps. 30 is the lowest playable fps some will argue I prefer 60. But 120 you are probably getting screen tearing is that why? But that is considered very high fps even dota 2 which is the same kind of moba, using an even more demanding engine my friend gets 115 to 120 fps on a gtx 660 same as your card but the 660 has less bandwidth for memory and lower clock speed.
