About 2 months ago I bought the Samsung 2033 LCD monitor at Best Buy and last week it formed terrible back lightbleeding on all four sides. I requested warranty service on it last week and Samsung said that they can do an exchange. The exchange was that they will send me a brand new monitor, not refurbished. Today I went to my local UPS store to pickup my new monitor that was shipped from Samsung and to ship the 2033 to Samsung (their expense). The new monitor was not the same model that I requested service, I got the Samsung 2233RZ.
