Picked up an LG L206WTQ-BF the other day and while I like it, it's got a massive blue tint! Everything that's supposed to be white or light gray is blue-ish white/blue-ish grey. I have tried raising the red gamma/brightness/contrast, then everything turns purplish. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get rid of the blue. Any thoughts?
 
I had this problem with my Acer 19" Monitor. But my tint was pink :)

It sounds like the monitor is not receiving all the color signals from the video card properly.

Make sure the VGA or DVI connector is pushed in correctly and snugly on the video card and on the monitor. If that doesnt work. remove it and see if any of the pins are bent, if they are, you can attempt to bend them back...

If that doesn't work, or the pin on the connector has actually broke off, you need a new DVI/VGA cable.
 
Isn't there color options in the monitors OSD? My Dell 2407WFP-HC was also way too blue, I don't have any calibrating stuff but I lowered the blue to 91, green to 98 and red to 99 and now it looks a lot better (ie white is white and not blue).
 
Look in your monitors menu and see what temperature you have it set to (Picture->CSM))....I'll bet it is set to 9300K....set it to either 6500K or sRGB............ or User if you want to fine tweak the RGB values.
