TV is about 10 days old.

This just started. Restarted both computer and TV.

Hooked up via new 3ft hdmi from monoprice to ATI 6870.
This strip of pixels changes colors depending on what is being displayed on the television.

Is this a common TV issue? Will Best Buy replace this if it is? That would be nice as there was 1 dead pixel on arrival.

Please forgive me for the terrible photos. Still using old Devour phone.
