VERTEX2 Report your formatted size

Does anyone have a single Vertex2 60GB drive formated in Windows7?

I just bought one and I have firmware 1.28, a reported 55GB capacity using OCZToolbox and a lousy 51.24GB usable.

Is this right or should I RMA?

Do you know what firmware you have, is it 1.28?

Its easy to check you can use OCZ ToolBox to check without even rebooting or installing anything
