So Newegg has the 240GB for sale for $170 right now. Seems like a great deal for a toggle nand sandforce drive. Current firmware is 2.25 but haven't been able to find out much about it. From what I've read over the last couple hours it seems that the BSODs, sleep/hibernate, and TRIM issues are all but resolved. Any big issues other than OCZ hate for not picking one up?

Can't speak for the MIO's, but I had 2 V3 240's from release day almost 2 years ago up until about a month ago with absolutely zero issues. Sold 'em for some 840 Pros. Great drives. Not a lick of trouble with them, or any OCZ SSDs for that matter.
